Tracey is a registered nurse with extensive clinical and managerial experience, commencing her career as a critical care nurse. Tracey has worked in clinical and executive management roles for over 15 years including both public and private sector organisations. Tracey demonstrates a strong commitment to person cantered care and through this role aspires to improve the experience of care for all those affected by a diagnosis of cancer in the southern Melbourne region and beyond. Tracey builds on her strong clinical and managerial experience to facilitate sustainable improvements which are meaningful to our patients, their loved ones and our clinical partners. Tracey commenced in the role of SMICS manager in March 2011. Her role incorporates the operational and strategic management for SMICS in strong association with the clinical director, SMICS team and governance committee.
