Dr Andrea McDonald MBChB MSc MPH Andrea is a Public Health Medicine Registrar currently working at Regional Public Health in Wellington, New Zealand. Her presentation on H. pylori and stomach cancer summarises some of the key findings from her recently completed Masters dissertation. Andrea wants to develop her career in public health and epidemiology. She has previously been employed working on research projects at Imperial College London and the University of Otago Wellington. She recently carried out a systematic review into the association between household crowding and close contact infectious diseases and is currently working on an evaluation of a housing coordinator intervention. Other experience includes a placement at the WHO Regional Office in Cairo, and working as a junior doctor in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Paediatrics.
