Dr Helen Gooden is National Manager of the ANZGOG ‘Survivors Teaching Students® program. Helen is an experienced nurse, researcher and health consultant with project and grant management experience across the health sector in the not-for-profit, tertiary, and government sectors with specialist experience in ovarian cancer. Her doctoral research focussed on psychosocial support for people affected by pancreatic cancer and her ongoing research interest is in translational research improving patient outcomes in cancer, health communication and involving consumers in research.
