June Savva is an accredited practicing dietitian and senior clinician based in Victoria at Monash Health’s Moorabbin Hospital, an integrated specialist cancer centre. She has been involved in projects at the state government level with the development of patient management frameworks for both upper GI and head and neck cancer patients. She is a member of the Malnutrition in Victorian Cancer Services Governance Committee which is involved in state wide projects related to malnutrition in cancer services. She has developed a number of education and resource packages for patients, health professionals and cancer support groups. A career highlight has been recently authoring an oncology nutrition textbook for health professionals titled” The Practical Handbook of Oncology Nutrition”.
