Louise Mudge is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 14 years of clinical experience in adult teaching hospitals. She has been the Senior Dietitian, Digestive Diseases, Royal Adelaide Hospital since October 2002 and has been responsible for coordinating and providing a nutrition and dietetic service to the Colorectal, Gastroenterology, Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery and Professorial Oesophagogastric teams during this time. Since 2010, she has been seconded to the University of Adelaide, Discipline of Surgery (Visiting Research Fellow) as a Clinical Trial Coordinator for a NHMRC funded multicentre randomised controlled trial investigating the use of immunonutrition in patients undergoing oesophageal cancer resection.
