Stefano Occhipinti is a social psychologist by training who has worked in the health psychology for a number of years. He focuses on making decisions about health and is on the editorial board of Medical Decision Making. He is a CI on projects funded by the NHMRC; ARC; Beyond Blue and Cancer Australia, among others. As well, he is interested in patient characteristics that affect uptake of psychosocial interventions and has been involved in a number of recent RCTs in this area.
