Janette Vardy is Professor of Cancer Medicine at the University of Sydney (USYD) and medical oncologist at Concord Cancer Centre, where she is Director of the Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre. She founded and co-leads the University of Sydney Survivorship Research Group with A/Prof Haryana Dhillon. She is study chair and Australian chair for the CHALLENGE study. She is co-founder and co-chair of the International Cognition and Cancer Task Force. Her research interests are focused on survivorship issues, in particular cognitive function, physical activity and multi-disciplinary delivery of care.
